- LSE Summer School Website

The context
A global programme with a distinct offer.
LSE Summer School attracts students, professionals and future leaders from around the world. Its website plays a critical role in communicating the programme’s academic rigour, international community and place within one of the world’s leading social science universities.

The challenge
Aligning brand, experience and recruitment.
The site needed to fit the wider LSE digital ecosystem while giving Summer School a clear identity of its own. It also had to work as a high-performing recruitment tool, helping enrolment return to pre-pandemic levels through a simpler, more inspiring user experience.

The strategy
Design-led, brand-focused and scalable.
Working closely with the Summer School team, we developed a visual concept rooted in user needs and designed to bring clarity, energy and relevance to the experience.
A modular component system created consistency and flexibility, while accounting for the existing architecture, integrations and future content needs.

The outcome
A confident identity in digital form.
The final Figma design system gave LSE Summer School a distinctive voice within the wider university brand and was prepared for integration with Contensis by build partner Zengenti. The result balances academic credibility with the energy of a truly international summer in London.
