Introduction to Pottermore

The project

With narrative from J. K. Rowling, the video plays out over a series of animated vignettes and as the type unfolds, embers dance across the letters. As the words slowly uncoil, the light catches the type and once they are fully revealed, we pull focus through the type. The typographic elements were constructed in Lightwave with particle magic from After Effects. www.pottermore.com
